DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not offer international shipping.

 

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

We only ship within the United Kingdom.

 

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or BFPO addresses.

 

Custom-made items may have extended processing times.

 

We do not ship hazardous or restricted items.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTION TIMELINE

All products are handmade and made to order. As such, shipping timelines are calculated from the date the product is completed, not the date of purchase. Production times may vary depending on the complexity of the item and current order volume. You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.
